双作用双定子凸轮转子叶片电动机转矩脉动分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于等宽曲线双定子液压电动机的思想,将传统的凸轮转子叶片电动机改进为双定子结构.通过对双作用双定子凸轮转子叶片电动机的结构分析及工作原理介绍,在传统的凸轮转子叶片电动机的基础上,计算了这种新型液压电动机的理论排量,并由此推导出多作用凸轮转子叶片电动机理论排量的基本公式.分析了该液压电动机在转子转过不同角度时的瞬时转矩值,通过计算得出了内、外电动机在不同的组合方式下的转矩及转矩脉动系数.结果表明:内、外电动机不同的组合方式可以输出多种不同的转矩,且2个内电动机和1个外电动机组合工作时的转矩脉动最小,2个外电动机和1个内电动机组合工作时的转矩脉动最大. According to the idea of aequilate curve double stator motor, the traditional CAM rotor blade motor was improved into double stator structure. Based on the traditional CAM rotor blade motor, the structure and the working principle of the double action CAM rotor blade motor with double stator were analyzed to c, alculate the theoretical displacement. The basic formula of theoretical displacement for the multi action CAM rotor blade motor was deduced. The instantaneous torque values of the hydraulic motor at different rotor turning points were analyzed, and the torque and the torque ripple coefficient in different compound mode of inside and outside motors were calculated. The results show that different compound mode of inside and outside motors can lead to many different kinds of torque. The minimum torque ripple can be obtained by combining two inside and one outside motor, while the maximum torque ripple can be obtained by combining two outside and one inside motor.
