摘要
教育公平是人类追求的一种理想目标,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,随着市场经济的发展,高等教育公平问题越来越受人们的关注。本文从高等教育资源配置不平衡、社会分层和教育者与受教育者之间的不平等三个方面对高等教育不公平的现象进行了分析,并从政府和学校两个层面提出了实现高等教育公平的对策。
The education fair is an ideal goal pursued by human. The education fair is an important foundation of social fair. With the development of market economy, people pay more and more attention to fair in higher education. From the inequity of higher education resource al ocation,the inequity of social stratification, and the inequity between the educated and the uneducated, this paper analyzes the unfair phenomenon in higher education,and proposes countermeasures to realize the higher education fair from the government and the school.
