军事历史历来被誉为优良传统教育最基本、最有说服力的教材,它以全景式的历史画面,集中体现了各个部队的奋斗历程和特色优势,对提高军校学员人文素养和培育战斗精神起着关键性作用。西点军校对军事历史教育非常重视,探究其全面系统的军事历史教育体系,对于推进我国军事历史教育改革和发展具有重要意义。
The military history of West Point is always regarded as a fundamental and persuasive example of excellent traditional education. It’s his-torical panorama has reflected the course of struggle and characteristic advantages of many troops, which is the key for the advancement of humanistic quality and fighting spirit of the cadets. West point has paid a lot at ention to the history of military education. And it is meaningful to inquiry the overal education system of its military history for the reform and development of historical military education in our country.
