摘要
企业是以追求“利润最大化”为目的 ,还是应在获取利润的同时承担更多的社会责任 ,一直是理论界和企业界争论的问题。本文论述了“利润最大化”不是企业的目的 ,企业必须要承担社会责任 ,企业赢利与企业承担社会责任并不矛盾 ,同时指出企业应合理地承担社会责任。
Should an enterprise pursue maximum of profit as its unique purpose,or undertake some social responsibilities while making reasonable profit?This is a long-time debated problem in the field of theory research and enterprises.In this article,the writer thinks that an enterprise has to undertake relevant social responsibilites,and undertaking the social responsibilites by no means conflict with earning profit.In addition,the writer also points out that an enterprise should undertake reasonable social responsibilites in order to keep its existence and sound development.
