摘要
改革开放以来 ,我国吸引外商直接投资取得了巨大成就 ,但仍存在着一些负面效应。尤其是我国即将加入WTO ,届时吸引和利用外商投资将会大量增加 ,因此 ,我国吸引外商直接投资政策将面临着进一步的调整 ,真正做到趋利避害。
Since opening to the outside world we have made great progress in absorbing foreign capitals but there is still some passive effect. Especially after joining the WTO,we'll absorb more and more foreign capitals,so we have to adjust our country's policy in absorbing foreign capitals and keep benefit and avoid disadvantage.
