摘要
本文从改善球墨铸铁的铸态组织入手 ,对在球铁中添加Cu ,Ti元素 ,获得铸态球光体组织进行了探讨。研究结构表明 :合金元素在球墨铸铁中的强化作用 ,可使球墨铸铁的强韧性大幅度提高 ,从而扩大了球墨铸铁的工业应用。
Aimed at improving the casting state microstructure of ductile iron,the authors of this paper make a research on gaining the pearlite structure of the casting state by adding Cu and Ti elements in ductile iron.The result of the research indicates that the strengthening effect of alloy elements in ductile iron can greatly increase the strength and toughness of ductile iron and this will expand the industrial applications of ductile iron.
