摘要
探讨利用广西来源丰富的桑枝资源培育高档大杯蕈的可行性。研究以桑枝为主原料基料栽培配方进行对比,比较不同配比的桑枝粉作为碳源对大杯蕈产鲜菇总量及生物学转化率的影响。结果以80%桑枝为主基料的生物学转化率与以98%棉籽壳为主基料的生物学转化率差异相当,但其生物学转化率/单位的物料成本比棉籽壳为主基料的低58.7%。因此,以广西来源丰富的桑枝为主原料基料栽培大杯蕈是一种经济有效的栽培方式。
: To explore the feasibility of cultivating Clitocybe maxima by using mulberry branches,various cultivation formulas with mulberry branches as the main materials were studied by investigating the rates of production and biological conversion of Clitocybe maxima derived from different proportions of mulberry branch powder as a carbon source. Though 80% mulberry branches shared similar biological conversion rate with 98% cotton seed shells as main basic material, its material cost of biological conversation/unit was 58.7% lower than that of cotton seed shells. As there is abundant mulberry branches in Guangxi, it is an economic and effective way to cultivate Clitocybe maxima utilizing the mulberry branches as the main basic materials.
