摘要
介绍了PET装置中PTA投料及输送构成,通常PTA投料及输送程序采用PLC控制,增加硬件成本。在DCS中进行编程实现PTA投料及输送的联锁和程序控制,不但减少了硬件费用的投入和技术人员的维护工作,而且可随时根据工艺需要在线优化控制程序。
The composition of PTA feeding and conveying system in PET plant was introduced. Usually, the PLC control was applied to PTA feeding and conveying program,this increased the hardware cost. Through programming in DCS system to realize the interlock and program control of PTA feeding and conveying. It can not only reduce the hardware investment and the technician maintenance work, but also can online optimize the control program whenever necessary according to the process
