熔体过滤器切换操作方法优化

摘要 旧切换方法虽然能将大部分积料排出系统,但在整个正灌和反灌过程,物料停留在过滤器里会发生降解。新切换方法增加了1次正灌和反灌,可以将另过滤器的降解物料全部排出系统,使后续到达纺丝的物料全是新料,而切换时间并未增加。 By using the old switch method, most of the accumulated material can be discharged from the system, but during the whole positive and negative irrigation process, the material that stay in the filter will degradate. The new swith method added one positive and one negative irrgation so that all the degradated material in the filter can be discharged from the system. The subsequent arrival spinning material is new material, while the switching time is not increased.
