为了保障自己国家的能源安全,世界各国都在积极发展本国的智能电网技术。能源短缺的意大利通过大规模实施智能电表安装计划,使自己在智能电表的使用上走在了世界前列。通过介绍意大利智能电表计划的实施情况,分析该计划的特点和需要解决的问题,可以给我国电力行业以启发。
In order to safeguard the national energy security, countries around the world are actively developing the smart grid technology. Energy-starved Italy takes a lead in the application of the smart meters in the world through the large-scale deployment of smart meters. This paper briefly introduces the implementation and features of the program, and analyzes the problems to be solved during the deployment of the program.
