摘要
提出了一种新的辩向技术，即在传统的用硬件实现对整周期信号进行辩向的基础上，采用软件的方法，对转动不超过一周期的信号进行辩向，以实现对计量光栅相对移动量的整周期和不足一周期的数的精确计数。
A new raster-sensing technology has been developed by using software, in stead of hardware technique. The new method can be used not only to discriminate the sig nal for raster rotation within a period, but also to make precise measurement for the rala tive shift of the raster in or less than a period.
