摘要
美国智库自建立以来通过其决策研究,对美国政治及外交政策制定产生了重要的影响。作为非官方研究机构,美国智库在"进步主义运动"的推动下日益发展,逐渐形成了成熟的管理机制、组织机制、人才机制以及影响力机制。布鲁金斯学会是美国最老牌且最有影响力的智库之一,本文通过对布鲁金斯学会的个案研究,深入美国智库之细微,探视其运行机制。
Since its establishment,the U.S.think tank,through its decision-making research on American politics and foreign policy formulation had a significant impact.As unofficial research institutions,the U.S.think-tanks increased drove by the 'progressive movement',and gradually formed a mature management system,organizational mechanisms,human resources mechanisms,and influence mechanisms.The Brookings Institution is the oldest and one of the most influential think-tank in the United States。This article tries through a case study for the Brookings Institution to visit the mechanism of U.S.think tank's operation in-depth.
