摘要
采用盆栽培养方法,研究了施加自制有机肥料对小萝卜在不同质量分数镉污染的土壤中生长的影响,分析了重金属镉在土壤-小萝卜体系中的迁移特征.对各组小萝卜生物量的分析表明,在镉污染的情况下,肥料的使用促进了小萝卜根对镉的吸收;当镉质量分数为40mg/kg时,小萝卜根对镉的吸收与空白对照组相比增加了209.6%;镉对小萝卜根生长的抑制作用随着肥料质量分数的增加没有显著变化.镉污染对小萝卜地上部分的影响并不显著,肥料的施加促进了小萝卜地上部分的生长,当肥料的质量分数为3g/kg时,促进作用最为明显.小萝卜的根系耐性指数(RTI)和迁移系数(TF)的分析结果表明:小萝卜的根部受镉污染的影响比较大,其根部与镉接触后大部分镉保留于根部而未进行迁移.对小萝卜地上部分和地下部分含镉量以及各层土壤中含镉量的测定结果表明:地下部分(根部)含镉量显著高于地上部分,根的长度和吸收位置影响土壤中镉的分布.
The experiment adopted pot culture method and studied the transport law of the cadmium in soil and radish system and the influence of the growth of the radish by the addition of the organic fertilizer. In each group, the analysis of radish biomass showed that if the cadmium was added,the use of fertilizer would promote the roots of the radish absorbed of cadmium. When the concentration of cadmium was 40 mg/kg, the absorption of cadmium added 209. 60/00 comparing to blank. With the increasing of the concentration of the fertilizer, there was no obvious variability which is discussed whether cadmium had an inhibitory action on the growth of the radish's roots. When the cadmium was polluted, there was also little influence on the ground part of the radish. The supplement of the fertilizer still promoted the growth of the ground part of the radish. As the fertilizer concentration was 3 g/kg,the promoting effect was the highest. The root tolerance index (RTI) and transport factor (TF) of radish were analyzed. The results showed that the root of the radish had great effect on the cadmium pollution. After its root contacted cadmium, most of the cadmium was kept in root, rather than moving. The quantity of cadmium of radish including ground and underground and its in the soil layer were measured. The results showed that the quantity of cadmium in underground (root) was too much higher than in the ground. Distribution of cadmium in the soil was affected b'y the length of roots and the position of absorption.
