摘要
烈酒分析仪(Alcolyzer Spirits)是进口高精密分析仪器,利用该仪器对大量的干邑白兰地、威士忌的酒精度进行直接测定,并与传统的酒精度蒸馏法进行比较,结果表明,该种方法具有测量时间短,样品用量少、水电消耗少、准确性高的特点;利用烈酒分析仪(Alcolyzer Spirits)可以直接准确测定酒精度的特点、可用于快速鉴定干邑白兰地、威士忌的真假。
