摘要
目的探讨对后鼻孔膜性闭锁的治疗新方法。方法鼻内窥镜结合微波对 ５例不同原因引起的后鼻孔膜性闭锁进行治疗，并用自行设计的“Ｕ”型扩张管扩张。结果５例效果满意，随访一年以上均无复发。鼻腔通气正常。结论本方法兼有鼻内窥镜和微波的优点，局麻下手术、视野清晰、出血少、损伤小、治疗彻底、不易复发，对各种原因引起的后鼻孔膜性闭锁均有效。
Objective To study a new treatment for the membranous choanal atresia Method Five patients of membranous choanal atresia due to different reasons were treated with microwave under nasal endoscopy and dilated with the "U" type tube that were designedby ourselves. Results The effect of treatments was satisfactory in all patients. There was no recurrence after one more year following up. Conclusion This method has many advantages of nasal endoscopy and microwave, such as: operative under local anesthesia, clear operation visual field, less hemorrhage, mild. damage, complete treatment, no recurrence. It is effective in treating membranous choanal atresia
