摘要
在实验室条件下考察了温度、气体氧分压的变化对渣中 TiC 氧化反应的影响。升温不利于 TiC 氧化反应的进行,反应达动态平衡时,渣中 TiC 含量是增加的。改善氧在渣层中的扩散条件,提高氧的传质速度,对加快 Ti(C,N)的氧化是有积极作用的。
The influences of temperature and oxygen partial pressure on oxidation reaction of TiC in liquid slag were investigated under lab conditions.Rise in temperature is proved unfavourable to oxidation reaction of TiC, and the amount of TiC will increase when reaching a dynamic equilibrium in the reaction process.Improving the diffusion condition in liquid slag and increasing the rate of mass transfer have an active effect on the speeding-up of Ti (C, N) oxidation.
