成年型睾丸颗粒细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘要 精原细胞瘤是最常见的睾丸肿瘤病理类型，睾丸颗粒细胞瘤（granulosa cell tumor，GCT）临床罕见。2010年7月我科收治1例经病理确诊的成年型睾丸GCT患者，为国内第2例，现报告如下。
