摘要
采用德国产Isomed2000等速肌力测试系统,通过对大学生网球运动员的发力手(右手为例)进行肩关节等速向心测试与分析,探讨肩关节屈伸肌在网球运动中的作用,为科学安排网球训练及运动损伤预防提供一定的理论依据。
The German Isomed 2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system is used to test and analyze the shoulder isokinetic centripetal muscle strength of the college students’ tennis player,to explore the role of shoulder joint flexor in tennis,and provide certain theoretical basis for tennis training arrangement and for scientific and sports injury prevention.
