摘要
对中小企业技术创新中存在的问题从企业内部和外部进行分析的基础上 ,构建了中小企业技术创新的金融支持体系 ,以解决其融资难 ,担保难等问题。
Compared with large-scale enterprises,medium and small enterprises have a stronger mentality of innovation,and have higher efficiency.However during the process of innovation,a shortage of funds becomes a bottleneck.This article outlines a financial support system for innovation in those enterprises.This support system aims to solve their difficulties in getting financial resources and guarantees.
