球磨机内球层脱离角和内球层半径最佳值研究 被引量:2

摘要 球磨机充填率是否合理,取决于内球层脱离角和内球层半径是否最佳。为了取得最佳值,研究了钢球质心运动轨迹抛物线顶点曲率半径与钢球直径的相互关系,得出了钢球在连续运动中相互之间不发生干扰的必要条件是:钢球直径必须小于抛物线顶点曲率半径的2倍。满足这个条件计算出来的内球层脱离角和内球层半径,就是它们的最佳值。与传统理论不同的是,新的论点考虑到了钢球直径的影响。 The optimal filling ratio of grinding balls in the ball mill is subjected to the dropping angle and the radius of inner ball layer. In order to obtain the optimal filling ratio, the paper studied the relationship between curvature radius of vertex at parabolic movement trajectory of the centroid of the grinding ball with the diameter of the grinding ball. The necessary condition of continuous movement of grinding balls without interference from each other was that: the diameter of the grinding ball must be less than two times of curvature radius of the parabola vertex. Thereby, the dropping angle and the radius of inner ball layer calculated under this condition were optimal. Compared with traditional theory, the new method took the effect of grinding ball diameter into account.
