Nb,C(污染W)及湿氢处理对Fe晶界内耗的影响

摘要 研究了湿氢处理前、后的Fe及其加Nb,C的合金晶界内耗。发现Nb,C(及污染带入合金内的W)等使晶界蜂明显减低;合金中Nb,C量越高,晶界峰越低。Nb,C也使晶界峰温度大大升高和弛豫激活能显著变大。湿氢处理强烈降低(甚至消除)实验合金的晶界峰,使峰温度大幅度提高。对结果进行了讨论。 The internal friction of grain boundaries in 4N iron and ferroalloys added with Nb and C was studied before and after a wet hydrogen treatment. It was found that the Nb and C, as well as the W brought into the alloy due to contamination,reduce obviously the grain boundary peak, and the more Nb and C the alloy contains, the lower the grain boundary peak is. Moreover, the Nb and C raise greatly the peak temperature and also enable the activation energy of relaxation to increase markedly. It was still found that the wet hydrogen treatment reduce strongly and even eliminate the grain boundary peak in the alloy tested, and raises the temperature to a considerable degree. The experimental results are discussed in detail.
