摘要
与搅拌床相比,流化床具有良好的传热性能和传质性能。将流化床用于直接法合成甲基氯硅烷,能明显提高甲基氯硅烷的生产能力。氯甲烷表观气速是流化床关键的操作参数,本文着重讨论氯甲烷表观气速对床层温度分布、反应温度控制及反应器稳定性的影响。
Compared with agitated-bed reactors, fluidized beds have good properties of heat transfer and mass transfer. The capacity of methylchlorosilane is greatly enhanced because fluidized beds are used in synthetising of methylchlorosilane. The superficial velocity of methyl chloride is a key operating parameter in fluidized beds. The effect of the superficial velocity of methyl chloride on temperature distribution in the fluidized bed、control of reaction temperature and stability of the fluidized bed is mainly discussed.
