摘要
利用纯镍标识钢的原始表面,研究了钢经TD处理所产生的碳化钒覆层形成过程。确认碳化钒覆层的形成之初是钒首先渗入钢中,与钢中的碳结合成碳化钒,该层形成后阻碍钒继续向钢中渗入。而后的碳化钒增厚转向钢表面外侧方向进行,增厚的过程是钢中的碳通过碳化钒层扩散到表面与沉积在钢表面的钒结合成碳化钒。
The original surface of a steel specimen was identified by pure nickel so as to study the formation process of a vanadium carbide coating on the surface of the steel specimen through TD treatment.It was revealed that in such a process,initially, vanadium permeates into the surface to form a vanadium carbide layer as combining vanadium with the carbon in steel, but the successive vanadium permeation is obstructed by formed layer itself. Then, the vanadium carbide layer or coating will be thickened on the outer surface, the thickening process is attained the way that the carbon in steel diffuses across the film formed and further combines with the vanadium precipitated on the surface together so as to form the thicker vanadium carbide coating.
