摘要
提出了径向仿形磨削的可行性依据,即被加工型面上每点对应的仿形压力角都应小于其极限压力角;推导出加工中仿形压力角及仿形机构允许的极限压力角表达式;进而提出提高仿形运动质量的措施。
A criterion is proposed to the feasibility study on radially copying grinding,i.e. the angle applying to a point on the workpiece contour to be profiled should relevantly be smaller than its angle limit . Therefore , the expressions of the angle applying to copying grinding and the angle limit available to copying mechanism are derived , with the measures to be taken for the quality im-provement of movement in copying grinding discussed.
