摘要
针对北仑近十几年耕地保护的现状和问题，分析了耕地减少的原因，提出了保护耕地的对策．
Based on an analysis of the current situation and problems in farmland proiection of Beilun District in the past decade, the paper analyzes the reasons of the larmland decrease and puts forward proposals for farmland protection.
