摘要
简要介绍了空压机喘振形成的机理,分析产生空压机喘振的几种原因,并针对上述原因提出相应的解决方案和预防措施。结合某公司一期1台仪用空压机易出现喘振的现象,给出了仪用空压机运行优化的建议。
In this paper, formation mechanism of surge phenomena occurred in air compressors is briefly introduced. The related reasons are analyzed, and the solution methods as well as preventive measures are subsequently proposed. Through analyzing the surge phenomena encountered by one instrument air compressor, this work also propose several optimization suggestions for the operation of instrument air compressors.
