摘要
云出版环境下,出版行业的复杂环境使图书馆与出版商之间的关系也变得错综复杂。同时,云出版环境下用户需求的变化也对出版商和图书馆提出了新的要求,随着出版模式的变化,出版商对图书馆的电子书服务模式和电子书定价提出了更为苛刻的要求,再加上数字版权的限制,使两者关系处于紧张状态。两者虽然存在不同的利益需求但可以实现权益平衡和互利共赢,两者的合作对于应对市场变化、制定电子资源定价策略和标准规范、培养用户健康的阅读习惯、促进滞销书的有效利用和鼓励个人出版和开放出版等有重要作用。
In the cloud publishing environment, the complex environment of the publishing industry leads to the complicated relationship between libraries and publishers. At the same time, changes of users＇ needs also propose new requirements to libraries and publishers in the cloud publishing environment. With the change of the publishing mode, publishers proposed more stringent requirements to the e-book service mode and e-book pricing of libraries, adding the restriction of digital rights, libraries and publishers are facing a tension time. Although they have different conductive needs, they could achieve the balance of rights and interests and mutual benefit and win-win, the cooperation of them has important functions in responding to market changes, drafting the law of electronic resource pricing strategies and standards, training healthy reading habits of users, promoting the effective use of unpopular books and encouraging the self-help publication and the open publication.
