摘要
图书馆的文献逾期处理制度大多采取逾期收费、逾期答题、逾期停借等方式,但对逾期较长担心缴纳大额逾期费的读者缺乏一种合理、有效的举措。将志愿服务引入到文献逾期处理制度中,既为读者提供了一种更加人性化、易于接受的逾期处理方式,缓解读者的经济压力;也为图书馆的逾期处理工作提供了新思路,为图书馆志愿服务提供了人员和制度保障。
Libraries have adopted some methods of the literature overdue treatment system such as charging amercement, answering some questions, forbiding lending, and so on. But it still lacks a reasonable and efficacious method for the Iongtime overdue readers who worried about contributing the massive overdue amercement.Introducing voluntary services into the literature overdue treament system offers a new method which is humanization and easy to be accepted to relieve readers＇ economic pressures, also provides a new ideal for the massive overdue treament work of libraries and provides the personnel and system security for the library volunteer service.
