摘要
基于JX省1 452户水库移民调查数据,运用logit模型实证分析了大中型水库移民后期扶持政策实施满意度及影响因素。结果表明,移民后期扶持政策对改善移民发展环境、提高水库移民生产生活水平、推动库区及安置区经济社会快速平稳发展有积极作用,政策受益者对政策实施满意度评价总体较高。在影响移民后期扶持政策满意度评价的诸多因素中,直补资金发放、扶持项目管理、政策成效直接影响了移民后期扶持政策实施的整体满意度评价结果;移民生活条件、生产资源、收入情况、政策宣传等内容间接影响了政策实施满意度评价结果。
Based on the survey data of 1 452 reservoir resettlements in JX Province, the Logit Model is used to analyze the satisfaction degree and influencing factors of the implementation of large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement support policy. The results show that： （a） the later stage support policy has a significant effect on improving development environment and life level of resettlement and promoting social and economic development in reservoir and resettlement area, and the satisfaction degree of resettlement on policy implementation is higher, （b） the disbursement of subsidy funds, the management of supporting projects and the policy effects have direct impact on satisfaction evaluation, and the living conditions, production resources and income of resettlement and the policy propaganda have a indirect impact.
