摘要
在当地土壤中加入不同重量比的NaCl,模拟盐土进行NaCl胁迫下冬小麦桶栽试验,研究苗期、拔节期和抽穗期冬小麦株高、叶面积、叶绿素含量和抽穗数等性状对NaCl胁迫的响应及冬小麦需水规律。结果表明,高肥无盐处理下冬小麦各项指标都较好,当其受盐分胁迫后,植株矮小,叶面积和成穗数减少,叶绿素含量降低且减少日期提前。冬小麦在3个生育期的需水量呈递增趋势,同一生育阶段,低肥无盐处理最大,高肥高盐处理最小,且表现为随NaCl浓度增大和施氮量增加,需水量呈减小趋势。
By adding different weight ratios of NaC1 in the local soil, pot experiments were conducted to simulate saline soil and study the water-consuming rules of winter wheat and the effects of salt stress on its plant height, leaf area, chlorophyll and the number of spikes during the seeding stage, the ]ointing stage and the heading stage. The results indicate that every indicator of winter wheat with high nitrogen and no salt is better. Under salt stress, winter wheat takes shorter time to mature, and its plant height, leaf area and the number of spikes are reduced and chlorophyll content decreases. Water-consuming of winter wheat shows an increasing trend during the seeding stage, the jointing stage and the heading stage. During the same stage, water-consuming of winter wheat presents the highest under the treatment of low nitrogen and no salt, the lowest under the treatment of high nitrogen and high salt and at the same time, water-consuming decreases with the increase in salt concentration and nitrogen level.
