摘要
通过研究不同质量分数的氢氧化钠溶液和不同浸泡时间对小麦秸秆纤维质量损失的影响,分析了经氢氧化钠溶液预处理的小麦秸秆纤维和未处理的小麦秸秆纤维对水泥胶砂试件力学性能影响,探索出了小麦秸秆纤维的预处理方法。结果表明,采用质量分数为3.5%的氢氧化钠溶液对小麦秸秆纤维浸泡24 h,其质量损失率基本达到最大值;与掺未处理小麦秸秆纤维水泥胶砂试件相比,掺预处理的小麦秸秆纤维水泥胶砂试件抗压强度提高了66%;从微观形貌分析,经过氢氧化钠溶液预处理改善了小麦秸秆纤维与水泥石的界面结构,提高了黏结效果,降低了纤维中糖类对水泥水化的影响。
It was researched that weight loss of straw fiber was influenced by different weight-percentage of sodium hydroxide solution and soakage time.The influences between cement mortar with wheat straw and with pretreatment fiber were analyzed and the way of pro- cessing straw was find.The results indicate that the weight loss of straw fiber almost reaches to the utmost, when dipping in sodium hydrox- ide solution 24 h.Compared to cement mortar with crude fiber, 28 d compressive strength of cement mortar with pretreatment fiber was in- creased by 66%.From the micro perspective, it showed that pretreatment fiber improves the interface between straw fiber and paste, which enhances the bonding between straw fiber and paste and reduce the fiber of sugar to the influence of cement hydration.
