摘要
介绍了6根再生混凝土配筋柱的偏心受压静载试验结果,再生混凝土的骨料由机制砂和废弃混凝土再生粗骨料组成,初始偏心距为截面有效高度的0.44倍。研究了长细比对柱的正截面应变分布、钢筋和混凝土应变、侧向挠度、破坏形态和极限承载力的影响。试验结果表明:再生混凝土配筋柱的正截面平均应变分布符合平截面假定,破坏时受压混凝土达到极限应变而压碎、受拉和受压钢筋均达到屈服强度,可采用现行混凝土设计规范公式计算机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土配筋柱的偏心受压承载力。
It introduces the experimental results of the static eccentric compressive loading on 6 reinforced MSRAC columns, the aggre- gates of MSFAC comprised the machine-made-sand and the recycled coarse aggregate, the initial eccentric distance equaled to 0.44 times of the effective sectional height.The strain distribution of normal section, the strains of concrete and steel bars, the transversal deflection, the failure state and ultimate resistance of the columns affected by the slenderness ratio were studied.The results show that the strain distri- bution of normal section met the plane section assumption, the compressive concrete reached the ultimate strain companied with crush fail- ure, the tensile and compressive steel bars reached the yield strength, the eccentric compressive resistance of reinforced MSRAC column can be calculated by the formulas specified in current design code for concrete structures.
