摘要
目的:研究芪柏胶囊对宫颈癌U14荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤活性和免疫功能的影响。方法:小鼠右腋皮下接种宫颈癌U14瘤细胞复制荷瘤小鼠模型,连续灌胃给药芪柏胶囊8 d后,剥离瘤块,计算抑瘤率;尾静脉注射印度墨汁,测定小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率;腹腔注射绵羊红细胞,研究对宫颈癌U14荷瘤小鼠血清溶血素的影响;并观察其对宫颈癌U14荷瘤小鼠耐缺氧的影响。结果:0.8 g·kg-1剂量的芪柏胶囊对宫颈癌U14实体瘤的抑瘤率为35.6%;芪柏胶囊可增强宫颈癌U14荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;可促进宫颈癌U14荷瘤小鼠血清溶血素的生成;并可提高宫颈癌U14荷瘤小鼠的耐缺氧能力。结论:芪柏胶囊对宫颈癌U14实体瘤具有抑制作用;并能改善荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE To study the antitumor and immunological regulation effects of Qibai capsule on mice bearing uter-ine cervical carcinoma(U14). METHODS The mice bearing U14 model was made through injecting cancer cells in the right limb armpit, and the mice were administrated Qibai capsule for 8 days. Then we detached the tumors and counted the inhibitory rate of tumor growth. The phagocytosis ability of macrophage, serum hemolysin concentration and anoxia tolerance were meas-ured. RESULTS Qibai capsule was proved to be effective in the mice bearing UI4. The maximum inhibitory rate of the dose of 0. 8 g.kg-1 was 35.6%. Qibai capsule could strengthen the phagocytosis of macrophage, prompt the serum hemolysin concen- tration and improve the ability of toleration of oxygen deficit in the mice bearing U14. CONCLUSION Qibai capsule can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor, and improve the immunological function in mice bearing U14.
