摘要
目的研究并建立不同产地铁皮石斛药材的指纹图谱。方法采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为230 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,建立了铁皮石斛药材的指纹图谱,并进行了相似度的计算。结果该方法使铁皮石斛中各成分得到较好的分离,并根据检测结果确定了26个共有峰。结论该指纹图谱方法准确可靠,重现性好,为铁皮石斛药材的质量控制提供了方法依据。
OBJECTIVE To study and establish the fingerprint of Dendrobium officinale from different origins. METHODS HPLC was conducted on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was employed as mobile phase with gradient elution, the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1, and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. RESULTS The chemical constituents of Dendrobium officinale were well separated. The fingerprint of Dendrobium officinale was established and the similarities were calculated, among which 26 fingerprint peaks in common were confirmed. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, reliable, and reproducible, which provides a refer- ence for the quality control of Dendrobium officinale.
