摘要
研究了由设计特征模型识别装配特征的算法 ,该算法采用凹凸特征模型为中间模型实现设计特征模型向装配模型的转化。识别算法用特征设计与特征识别相结合的方法有效地识别出设计特征指定面的所有凹凸特征 ,利用判别装配特征的充分必要条件得到所求的装配特征。该方法克服了传统算法的缺点 。
A new assembly feature recognition method has been developed . The method employs depression protrusion features as intermediate geometry representation for transferring design feature into assembly feature. With the approach combining feature design with feature recognition, all depression protrusion features of the user\|specified face can be identified. By satisfying all the necessary and sufficient conditions the desired assembly feature can be obtained. The approach is an improvement to traditional algorithm, and is more efficient and more reliable. As a result, assembling procedure and production model can be successfully supported by the assembly feature.
