摘要
高校之间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。随着高校内外部环境的急剧变化,为更好地管理与开发人力资源,获取竞争优势,柔性管理在高校日益受到重视。基于资源基础观的高校人力资源柔性管理研究,可以提供新的视角。基于资源基础观理论,在分析高校人力资源柔性的内涵、特征及其与组织竞争优势关系的基础上,提出高校可以采用的人力资源柔性管理新框架。
Competition between universities in the final is talent competition. With the dramatic changes in internal and external environments of the university, in order to better manage and develop human resource, gain competitive advantage, flexible management in university are received increasing attention. The resource-based view of the university flexible management of human resource research can provide a new perspective. By applying the resource-based view theory, and on the basis of analyzing human resource flexible connotation, characteristics and relationship with the organization competitive advantage, this study proposes that university can adopt a new framework for flexible management of human resource.
