摘要
在中温(35±1)℃条件下,以水花生和麦秸为发酵原料,研究了其单独和在不同干物质配比(水花生与麦秸比例为21.67:1、7.50∶1和4.23∶1)下的厌氧发酵产气特性。结果表明,当发酵原料总固体(TS)负荷为8%、接种沼液量为20%,水花生和麦秸干物质配比为7.50∶1时产气效果最好,TS和挥发性固体(VS)产气率分别为325.98±4.03 ml/g和437.12±5.01 ml/g,容积产气率为0.36±0.01/d,甲烷含量为60.53±1.09%。VS降解率与日均产气量、TS产气率、VS产气率、容积产气率和沼液总有机碳(TOC)变化率等五项指标均呈极显著正相关性(p<0.01),而其与甲烷含量的正相关性及沼液挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)变化率的负相关性不显著(p>0.05)。水花生与麦秸混合发酵可以提高沼气的产量,并在一定程度上使厌氧发酵过程提前达到产气高峰,具有较好的可行性。
Characteristics of mesophilic anaerobic fermentation (35 ±1 ℃ ) by altemanthera philoxeroides and wheat straw were investigated by batch model, in separated and different dry matter ratios (i.e. 21.67:1, 7.50:1 and 4.23:1) treatments. Results indicated that, the best biogas production appeared in the treatment of dry matter ratio of 7.50 when the total solid (TS) loading of raw material was 8% and the inoculating amount ofbiogas slurry was 20%, with TS and volatile solid (VS) biogas yield rates of 325.98 ±4.03 mug and 437.12 ±5.01 ml/g, volumetric biogas yield of 0.36 ±0.01/d, and the methane content of 60.53 ±1.09%, respectively. Highly significant positive correlations (p〈0.01) were found between the degradation rate of VS and five indexes such as the average daily biogas yield, TS biogas yield rate, VS biogas yield rate, volumetric biogas yield, and the rate of change of total organic carbon (TOC) ofbiogas slurry, while the positive correlation between the degradation rate of VS and methane content, and the negative correlation between it and the rate of change of volatile fatty acid (VFA), were not significant (p〉0.05). Mixed fermentation by altemanthera philoxeroides and wheat straw could improve biogas production, and achieve the gas peak in advance to a certain extent, therefore it had good feasibility.
