摘要
峰值检波器的频响误差在高频段主要是由分布参数产生的高频谐振误差。本文利用实测数据建立了检波器谐振频率数学模型 ,根据模型的预测值对检波器作了频响误差修正。计量检定表明修正后的频响误差大大减小。
At high frequency band,the frequency response error of a peak detector is the high frequency resonance error mainly produced by the distributive parameter.Using the practical measured data,the mathematic model of resonance frequency is established in this paper.According to the predictor of the model,the frequency response error correction of the peak detector has been done.The verification indicates that the frequency response error is greatly decreased after correction.
