摘要
管理信息系统 (Management information system,MIS)的应用是现代企业发展壮大的必要手段。然而由于企业管理体制及模式的变化 ,不可避免地导致管理数据的内容和格式会发生变化 ,这就要求 MIS具有较高的通用性和灵活性 ,能够开放一些数据结构和功能 ,由用户自己设计和定义。文中通过分析通用 MIS软件和定制 MIS软件的特性 ,提出了在开发 MIS时 ,通过系统结构数据化和系统数据用户化的方法 ,以及触发器机制的采用和连接代理函数的设计 ,实现以最小的代价获得最大的系统灵活性 。
Management information system(MIS) is very necessary to the development of a modern enterprise. According to the lack of management standardization and the deve lopment of the management mechanism and management mode of the enterprise, the old data structure of the management would be out of date. To avoid keeping modifying the programs, MIS should be flexible. Some structures of the data may open and the consumer modify the structure seamlessly. And the transformation may transparent to the customer. This paper analyses the characteristics of general MIS and custom built MIS, focuses on how to improve the flexibility of custom built MIS. A solution which manages the MIS structure as user data is provided by adopting a trigger and a broker function to maintain the consistency of the data and an instance is given.
