摘要
目的:完善课程体系结构,提高教学水平,促进学生就业。方法:通过查阅文献、专家访谈和对28家医院临床调研,结合中职医学检验技术专业培养目标,进行课程结构优化,建立更加贴近工作岗位群的课程体系,用于实际教学后,评价其对教学的影响。结果:实施优化后的课程体系,学生的综合素质有明显的增强,突显了我校"434"人才培养模式,提高了学生的就业率。结论:该研究动态性的阐明了课程体系变化必须与市场需求一致、课程模块选择必须依据职业培养方向的工作岗位群发展方向。
Objiective：Perfection of curriculum system structure, raise the level of teaching, promoting student employment. Meth- ods：Through literature review, expert interviews and the 28 hospitals in clinical research, Combined with training goals of vocational medical laboratory technology profession, Optimization of curriculum structure, Curriculum system of establishing closer to work group, After the actual teaching, evaluating their impact on teaching. Result：Implementation of the optimization of curriculum system, Significantly enhanced the overall quality of students, Highlights our ＂434＂ talent training model, Increased employment rate of students. Conclntions： Study on the course system of dynamic state change must be consistent with market demand, Module selection should be based on professional development work group in the direction of development.
