摘要
用光导纤维传输 4 0 0～ 50 0 m W的氩离子激光作穴位照射 ,治疗颈椎关节病 60例。选用合谷、曲池、肩骨禹及阿是穴 ,10次为一疗程。 60例病人 ,经过治疗 ,痊愈 18例 ;显效 31例 ;有效 9例 ;无效 2例 ,总有效率达 97%。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Argon Lasers by irradiating on acupoints in the treatment of cervial spondylosis. Methods 60 patients with cervial spondylosis received irradiation on the selected acupoints as Hegu, Quchi, Fengchi, Jianyu and A'shi by 400-500 mW Argon Lasers through fiber,and ten times being one cycle. Results After treatment, 18 cases were clinically cured, 31 cases being markedly effective, 9 cases partially effective, and 2 cases of no change. Total effective rate was97%.
