矿井应力集中区域下复合层顶板的维护研究 被引量:2

摘要 同家梁煤矿已进入深部开采阶段,上覆煤层开采后留下的开采煤柱、停采煤柱等形成的应力集中区域越来越多,造成了目前综采工作面应力叠加,矿压显现明显,顶板难以维护。针对这一问题,通过采取增强支护强度、强化放顶工作、进行注水卸压及增加煤层塑性等"支、放、卸"综合防治措施,有效解决了应力集中对顶板造成的破坏,使14#煤层81017综采工作面在回采过程中没有发生漏顶和影响生产的顶板事故。 Tongjialiang Coal Mine has entered the stage of deep mining,but it has more and more stress concentration regions resulted from the left recoverable and nonrecoverable coal pillars after the overlying coal seam mining,leading to the stress superposition in fully mechanized mining face,obvious ground behavior and difficult maintenance of roof.Aiming at this problem,the comprehensive prevention control measures of"supporting,caving,relieving"including enhancing support strength,strengthening the caving,relieving pressure by water injection and increasing coal plastic are applied,which have effectively solved the problem of stress concentration destroying the roof,and realizing having no roof leakage and other roof accidents affecting the production during mining work in No.81017fully mechanized mining face of 14# coal seam.
