摘要
在选矿中,确定磁铁矿产品的TFe品位非常重要,但是周期长、成本高。通过分析很多磁铁矿产品的磁性物含量,并用化学方法分析TFe品位,发现二者具有相关性。在此关系的基础上,利用Weibull分布建立数学模型,从而建立TFe品位与磁性物含量的相关关系。结果表明,所建TFe品位与磁性物含量的数学模型对于TFe品位在43.42%~99.40%之间的分析和化验数据具有很好拟合精度,可以用于方便、简易、快速地估计磁铁矿产品的品位。
Determination of the TFe grade for magnetite products is of great importance m mmerat processing. However, it is time-consuming and money consuming. By measuring the magnetic material content and chemically analyzing the TFe grade of many magnetite products, a relationship between them was discovered. Based on this relationship, a mathematical model was established employing Weibull distribution, and then the dependence of the TFe grade on the magnetic material content for magnetite products was established. The results show that for the TFe grade of 43.420% to 99.40%,the mathematical model for the relationship of the TFe grade and the magnetic material content has good fitness. It may be used as a fast, simple and convenient way to estimate the grade of magnetite products.
