采掘工作面除尘措施评价指标体系及应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采掘工作面产尘量约占煤矿总产尘量的80%,因而有效控制其产尘量对煤矿粉尘治理具有重要意义,然而目前煤矿粉尘危害方面的评价体系采用的多为定性指标,对评价结果准确性存在着一定的误差影响。针对此问题,本文以综采、机掘工作面为例,依据国家相关法律法规及规范、标准等,结合煤矿实际生产过程,通过将采掘工作面除尘措施定性评价指标逐一定量化,构建了26个四级量化指标,从而提高了评价结果的科学性及准确性。并应用模糊综合评价及层次分析法对指标进行处理,确定除尘措施完善等级。最后,通过代入某煤矿实际数据验证了模型的正确性。 Since the dust capacity in mining and excavating faces accounts for nearly 80 percent of the total dust capacity in coal mines, it means that taking effective measures to control the dust capacity in these faces is significantly important for the dust control work in coal mines. However, most of the indexes applied by the current evaluation index systems are qualitative, which have negative effects on the accuracy of the evaluation results. To tackle this problem, one way is presented in this paper to quantify the qualitative indexes in fully-mechanized and excavating faces based on relevant national laws and regulations, as well as the practical processes in coal mines. 26 qualified indexes were finally established and helped to improve the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation result. Moreover, the integrity level of dust-proof measures is determined by applying Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, the validity of this model is identified by using the actual dates in one specific coal mine.
