摘要
目的对超声辅助提取北五味子果梗中总木脂素的工艺条件进行优化。方法通过单因素试验,考察提取时间、提取温度、料液倍数等因素对超声辅助提取北五味子果梗中总木脂素提取率过程的影响。并在此基础上,进行中心组合设计,以北五味子果梗中总木脂素的得率为响应值,采用响应面法分析研究各因素及其交互作用对北五味子果梗中总木脂素得率的影响[1]。结果试验优化得出超声辅助提取北五味子果梗中总木脂素的最佳工艺为提取温度35℃,提取时间33.53 min,料液倍数100倍。结论应用响应面优化法能够快速方便的得到北五味子果梗总木脂素超声辅助提取的较优工艺,所建立的模型预测良好,为五味子果梗的开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective To optimize the process conditions of the ultrasonic assisted extraction of total lignans in Schisandra chinen- sis (Turcz.) Baill stems. Methods Through single factor test , the pairwise interactive effects of solid/liquid ratio, extraction tem- perature and extraction time on the yield of total lignans were examined in response surface methodology analysis. Response surface methodology (RSM) based on a central composite design (CCD) was applied for the optimization of extraction process of total lignans from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill stems. Results The best extraction method was found as follows:extraction temperature 35 ℃, extraction time 33.53min, solid/liquid ratio 1 : 100 (m/V). Conclusion Application for response surface methodology could quickly and easily get the better extraction process of Schisandra chinensis ( Turcz. ) Baill stems, macrocephala and a model equation that can be used to predict the experiment that get through the response surface method. To provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Schisandra chinensis ( Turcz. ) Baill.
