温度对0.8设计系数下油气管道强度试压过程的影响 被引量:3

摘要 提高管道设计系数给管道试压带来严峻的挑战。针对0.8设计系数管道试压安全性问题,通过数学公式的推导,建立弹塑性范围内油气管道试压过程中压力和管径随温度的变化关系,分析了设计系数和管内气体残存量对管道强度试压的影响,提出0.8设计系数下施工的注意事项,指出0.8设计系数下管道试压试验应严格控制管道温度的升高,防止管道扩径事故的发生。研究结论对0.8设计系数下的管道施工具有重要的指导意义。(图5,参4) A pipeline pressure test will be challenged severely if the pipeline design coefficient is enhanced.Directing at safety problems in a pipeline pressure test with a design coefficient of 0.8,and through derivation of mathematical formulas,this paper establishes the relationship between pressure/pipeline diameter and temperature within an elastoplasticity range in oil and gas pipeline pressure test,analyzes the impact of design coefficient and residual gas volume in pipeline on the pipeline strength testing,puts forth key points needing attentions in the pipeline construction with the design coefficient of 0.8,and points out that with the given design coefficient,strict control of pipeline temperature rise shall be highlighted in the pressure test to prevent a pipeline diameter extension accident.The study results are very instructive for the pipeline construction with the design coefficient of 0.8.
