摘要 前列腺癌(prostate carcinoma,PC)是泌尿外科中常见的恶性肿瘤,随着人们生活水平的提高,我国前列腺癌的发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升的趋势。前列腺癌的发生与发展受到多个基因的调控,分子生物学的发展在肿瘤的早期诊断、监控和预后判断上为临床提供了重要依据。
