摘要
目的观察加味甘麦大枣汤治疗心血管神经症的临床效果。方法选取90例患有心血管神经症的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例。对照组患者采用酒石酸美托洛尔等常规西药治疗,治疗组患者采用加味甘麦大枣汤治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的有效率为91.1%,明显高于对照组的71.1%(P<0.05);治疗组患者的症状控制时间、心电图表现复常时间、治疗总时间均明显短于对照组,治疗期间药物不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,停药后心血管神经症复发人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后LVEF水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用加味甘麦大枣汤治疗心血管神经症的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Ganmaidazao decoction in treatment of cardiovascular neurosis （CN）. Methods 90 patients with CN were selected and evenly divided into control group and treatment group in randomly,each group were 45 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional western medicines like betaloc,etc,while in the treatment group,the modified ganmai dazao decoction was provided,the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The curative effects in the treatment group （91.1%） was obviously higher than that of control group（71.1%）（P〈0.05）.The time of symptom alleviation,electrocardiogram normalization,and total time of treatment were all significantly shorter compared those in the control group,the incidence of adverse drug reaction in the treatment group was greatly lower than that of the control group during treatment,the number of CN recurrence after ceasing medication in the treatment group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;in the treatment group,the level of left ventricular ejection fraction was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of modified Ganmaidazao decoction can obtain a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of CN patients.
