拉巴豆与玉米混播青贮对奶牛瘤胃发酵和有效降解率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在评定拉巴豆混播玉米青贮对奶牛瘤胃发酵和有效降解率的影响。选取3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的奶牛作为试验动物,利用尼龙袋半体内法测定混播青贮与单播青贮主要营养成分瘤胃有效降解率,利用体外Rusitec发酵系统测定含混播青贮与单播青贮日粮在奶牛瘤胃中pH值、氨态氮(NH3-N)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度。结果表明:饲喂含混播青贮和单播青贮日粮的奶牛瘤胃内pH值和NH3-N浓度二者差异并不显著,总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度前者显著高于后者(P<0.05);混播青贮干物质(DM,44.64%)、粗蛋白(CP,62.23%)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF,32.75%)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF,30%)瘤胃有效降解率则分别显著高于单播青贮DM(37.81%)、CP(55.14%)、NDF(23.26%)和ADF(22.54%)的有效降解率(P<0.05)。试验显示,混播玉米青贮比单播玉米青贮具有更高的营养物质有效降解率和TVFA浓度。
