台系大白、长白和杜洛克猪FSHβ基因多态性及其与繁殖性能的关系 被引量:10

The Relationship between Polymorphism of the FSHβ Gene with Reproductive Performance in Yorkshire,Landrace and Duroc

摘要 本实验通过PCR产物直接电泳的方法对台系大白、长白和杜洛克猪的FSHβ基因插入突变进行多态性分析,并对各基因型母猪的第1至第3胎次总产仔数、产活仔数、断奶仔猪数、初生窝重、断奶窝重以及断奶成活率进行测定,进而分析FSHβ基因多态性与繁殖性能的关系。结果表明:FSHβ基因在3个品种中均存在多态位点,且BB都是其优势基因型,而在大白和杜洛克中仅存在AB和BB基因型。基因遗传多样性分析显示,长白猪的PIC值高于0.25,表现为中度多态,而大白和杜洛克猪呈低度多态。相关性分析表明,长白猪第1胎次BB基因型的繁殖性能高于AA和AB基因型个体;而在繁殖性能基本稳定的第2和第3胎次,AA基因型的繁殖性能总体上高于AB和BB基因型个体,但差异均不显著。因此,FSHβ基因结构区插入突变作为繁殖力有效遗传标记应用于台系种猪分子选育有待进一步研究。 The polymorphism of insertion mutation of FSHβ gene in Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc populations from Taiwan province were analyzed with electrophoretic method, meanwhile the total number born (TNB), number born alive (NBA), number of alive weaning litter (NW), body weight of litter (BWL), weaning weight of litter (WWL) and weaning survive rate of different genotypes from first to third parity were measured, and then the relationship between reproductive performance and different genotypes was analyzed in this article. The results showed that the polymorphic sites of FSHβ gene were found in all three breeds, In addition, the dominant genotype was BB genotype in Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc, but AB and BB genotypes were only found in Yorkshire and Duroc. The analysis of genetic polymorphisms of the gene indicated that PIC values of Landraee was above 0.25, which displayed moderate polymorphism, while Yorkshire and Duroc showed low polymorphism. Relativity analysis indicated that TNB, NBA, NW, BWL, WWL and weaning survive rate of genotype BB of Landrace in the first parity were higher than those of genotype AA or AB. However, reproductive performances of genotype AA of Landrace from second to third parity were on the whole higher compared with those of genotype AB or BB, while there were no significant differences among them. Therefore, whether insertion mutation of FSHβ gene could be applied in molecular breeding of breeding swine from Taiwan province as an effective genetic marker of reproductive performance or not is worthy of further study.
